IDENTIFIKASI KANDUNGAN KIMIA BUAH LEMON CUI (Citrus microcarpa) ASAL AMBON dan UJI AKTIVITAS sebagai ANTIOKSIDAN

Penelitian analisis kandungan senyawa kimia dan uji aktivitas antioksidan perasan lemon cui (Citrus microcarpa) asal Kota Ambon telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, mengidentifikasi kandungan senyawa kimia yang terdapat pada hasil perasan lemon cui (Citrus microcarpa) dan menentukan nilai IC50 perasan lemon cui (Citrus microcarpa). Identifikasi lemon cui (Citrus microcarpa) menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pereaksi metanol. Hasil analisis kandungan senyawa kimia menunjukkan bahwa perasan lemon cui (Citrus microcarpa) mengandung senyawa golongan alkaloid, flavonoid, terpenoid, saponin namun tidak mengandung senyawa golongan tanin. Hasil uji aktivitas antioksidan perasan lemon cui (Citrus microcarpa) ter radikal bebas DPPH diperoleh nilai IC50 sebesar 9094.2457 ppm dan kategori sangat lemah.
