Keanekaragaman Jamur Makro Pada Limbah Ampas Sagu di Desa Pasamai Kecamatan Belopa Kabupaten Luwu

Jamur makro tumbuh pada substrat yang mengandung bahan organik, salah satunya adalah limbah ampas sagu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis jamur makro yang tumbuh pada limbah ampas sagu pada lokasi pengolahan sagu tradisioal di Desa Pasamai Kecamatan Belopa Kabupaten Luwu. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2022, dengan menggunakan metode jelajah. Sampel jamur makro yang ditemukan pada lokasi penelitian diidentifikasi dengan mengamati warna tangkai dan tudung, serta mengukur tinggi tangkai, diameter tangkai dan diameter tudung dari jamur makro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 3 spesies jamur makro, yaitu Volvariella volvaceae (2 individu), Paneolus foenisecii (146 individu) dan Marasmius sp (1 individu). Indeks keanekaragaman jenis jamur makro pada limbah ampas sagu di Desa Pasamai Kecamatan Belopa Kabupaten Luwu adalah 0,11 dan masuk dalam kategori rendah.
