Karakteristik Stomata Daun Pucuk Merah (Syzygium oleana) Berdasarkan Waktu Pengambilan Sampel Yang Berbeda

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik stomata daun pucuk merah (Syzygium oleana) berdasarkan pengambilan sampel yang berbeda, dengan menggunakan metode replika. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Sel dan jaringan Fakultas Sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pagi hari (pukul 08.00 WITA) jumlah stomata yang terbuka sebanyak 71 dan tertutup sebanyak 12 sehingga jumlah keseluruhan sebanyak 83 stomata dengan kerapatan 422,98/ mm2. Pada pukul 12.00 jumlah stomata terbuka 5 dan tertutup 67 sehingga jumlah keseluruhan 72 stomata dengan kerapatan 366,88/ mm2. Pada pukul 16.00 jumlah stomata terbuka sebanyak 39 dan tertutup sebanyak 35 sehingga jumlahnya sebanyak 75 stomata dengan kerapatan 382,17/ mm2. Kategori jumlah stomata yang ditemukan termasuk dalam kategori cukup banyak dan berada pada tingkat kerapatan sedang.
