Perbandingan Struktur Anatomi Stomata Beberapa Spesies Tanaman Mangrove

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur anatomi stomata beberapa spesies tanaman mangrove di Pantai Labombo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Sel dan jaringan Fakultas Sains UNCP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rhizhopora apiculata dan Rhizhopora mucronata memiliki tipe stomata parasitik, Sedangkan Sonneratia alba memiliki tipe stomata anomositik. Spesies Rhizhopora apiculata memiliki rata-rata jumlah stomata terbuka sebanyak 30,66 dan tertutup sebanyak 0,66 dengan panjang celah stomata berkisar antara 2,01 µm - 8,6 µm dan lebar 1,66 µm – 4,33 µm, rata-rata indeks stomata sebesar 0,063. Pada spesies Rhizhopora mucronata rata-rata jumlah stomata terbuka sebanyak 25 dan tertutup sebanyak 5 dengan panjang celah stomata berkisar antara 9,33 µm – 18,5 µm dan lebar 4,02 µm – 10,9 µm, rata-rata indeks stomata sebesar 0,231. Pada spesies Sonneratia alba rata-rata jumlah stomata terbuka sebanyak 2 dan tertutup sebanyak 19 dengan panjang celah stomata berkisar antara 6,49 µm – 16,8 µm dan lebar 4,27 µm – 9,29 µm, rata-rata indeks stomata sebesar 0,050
