Perbandingan Morfologi dan Anatomi Ikan Belanak Angin (Crenimugil seheli) pada Air Asin dan Air Tawar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan morfologi dan anatomi ikan belanak angin (Crenimugil seheli) pada air asin dan air tawar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Mei hingga Juni 2025 di habitat ikan belanak. Pengamatan morfologi dan anatomi dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Sel dan Jaringan Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh beberapa perbandingan pada ikan belanak angin (Crenimugil seheli) pada air asin dan air tawar. Pada air asin hanya terdapat beberapa perbedaan, yaitu hanya terletak pada panjang tubuh ikan belanak angin (Crenimugil seheli) tersebut. Sedangkan anatomi memiliki banyak perbedaan dan hanya beberapa yang memiliki persamaan. Pada bagian morfologi hanya terdapat panjang dan berat tubuh ikan. Ikan belanak angin (Crenimugil seheli) pada air asin memiliki panjang 16 cm, sedangkan panjang tubuh ikan belanak angin (Crenimugil seheli) pada air tawar memiliki panjang tubuh 13 cm. Berat badan tubuh ikan belanak angin (Crenimugil seheli) pada air asin 41,766 g sedangkan berat tubuh ikan belanak angin (Crenimugil seheli) pada air tawar 25,402 g. Pada anatomi terdapat beberapa perbedaan, di antaranya jantung, empedu, dan usus. Pada jantung ikan belanak angin (Crenimugil seheli) pada air asin memiliki warna jantung merah pekat sedangkan jantung ikan belanak angin (Crenimugil seheli) pada air tawar memiliki warna jantung putih kemerahan. Pada empedu ikan belanak angin (Crenimugil seheli) pada air asin memiliki warna empedu hijau sedangkan warna empedu pada air tawar memiliki warna empedu hijau kehitaman. Usus ikan belanak angin (Crenimugil seheli)pada air asin memiliki panjang 22,8cm sedangkan usus ikan belanak angin (Crenimugil seheli) pada air tawar memiliki panjang 38,6 cm.
