Perbandingan Produksi Ulat Sagu pada Pucuk, Batang, dan Ampas Sagu di Kelurahan Suramadu Kecamatan Wara Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produksi ulat sagu pada pucuk, empulur batang, dan ampas sagu. Sepasang kumbang Rhynchophorus ferrugineus dimasukkan ke dalam wadah yang masing-masing telah berisi empulur pucuk, empulur batang, dan ampas sagu. Masing-masing perakuan diulangi sebanyak 4 kali pengulangan. Wadah tersebut ditutup dengan paranet dan dipelihara selama 43 hari. Kelembaban media dijaga dengan pemberian 100 mL air. Data produksi ulat sagu diperleh dengan menghitung jumlah ulat sagu yang dihasilkan pada hari ke 43. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji anova dan uji BNT untuk menentukan perlakuan terbaik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empulur batang sagu merupakan media terbaik untuk produksi ulat sagu.
